Good afternoon, readers! I have the new Elevation Polish Desert Desserts Collection to share with you today. As always, these launch on May 7th at 9PM Central and restock on May 22nd at 9AM Central. Inspired by the brighter side of deserts, we have 7 total polishes. One is a thermal and another is a LE Yeti. Let’s take a look!
Elevation Polish Tabernas Desert
Dirty spring green creme, thinner style formula.
I’m showing two coats below with top coat.
This has a nice, easy to work with formula that dried fairly shiny without top coat. The first coat was a little patchy but the second evened it out with minimal light patches. Such a pretty green creme and one that I don’t have a similar shade to in my collection.
Elevation Polish Penguins of the Steppe
White based light mint, platinum micro flake shimmer, charcoal flake shimmer, hint of orange/gold flake shimmer, touch of holographic for added twinkle.
I’m showing two coats below with top coat.
This polish is a nice neutral but it still has a lot going on.
Elevation Polish LE: Yeti Finds an Oasis 2
Limited edition for the month of May only. Blue sea glass holographic, slight gold micro shimmer to make the holographic pop, thinner style formula.
I’m showing three coats below with top coat.
This has a really nice formula and the holo is soft but there. I don’t have the original Yeti Finds an Oasis to compare for you, but I am definitely liking this version. The gold shimmer is a great addition.
Elevation Polish Sea Meets Sand
Light sky blue with violet-y pink cast, copper micro flake shimmer, thinner style formula.
I’m showing two coats below with top coat.
There were minimal lighter patches so depending on your thickness of coats while applying, you may prefer to add a third coat.
The shimmer is a bit lost in my pictures but it’s really pretty in person.
Elevation Polish Kyzylkum @ Night
Royal Blue purple, red shimmer with a slight shift.
I’m showing two coats below with top coat.
This polish was nicely opaque and the shimmer was very noticeable!
Elevation Polish Taklamakan Desert
Copper/orange/golden metallic like holographic, can be used for stamping.
I’m showing two easy coats below with top coat.
I haven’t tried using this as a stamping polish but I can see how it should work. This is stunning!
Elevation Polish Atacama Desert Blooms
Pink to purple thermal, much like SBP star flower, thinner style formula, ultra chrome flake shimmer blend, purple flake shimmer, slight blue micro flake shimmer.
I’m showing two coats below with top coat.
This is a thermal color changing polish, as you can see in my photos below. The formula was easy to apply and the flakes are stunning!
I live in hot hot hot florida so when I wore this last weekend, I didn’t even realize it was a thermal. It was pink the whole weekend that I wore it, aside from the time I accidentally put my nails against a cold drink. So I just wanted you to be aware that it only changed to the COLD purple color while really cold. It isn’t as sensitive as other thermals in my Elevation Polish collection. Maybe if you lived where it wasn’t quite summer yet, you could see the thermal tips just going about your day. However, I will say that it’s my favorite from this collection even with it only staying pink on me. You can see a video on my instagram (@adventuresinacetone) of the color change.

Hi there! Love the swatches. With this thermal, does it get less shiny when it becomes cold? The purple, for some reason, looks less glossy than the warm/pink color.
How does Taklamakan Desert compare to EvP Tre Cime di Lavaredo?
