Good afternoon, readers! I have another simple KBShimmer Water Slide Decal mani to share with you today. In case you’ve missed them, you can check out my other posts and some step by step photos on how to use the decals HERE. These are the Foxy Winter Water Slide Decals and I’ve paired them with a mani of KBShimmer For Fox Sake, from the Winter 2015 Collection. Although the pair isn’t a perfect color match, how could I not pair the foxes together?

  • My thumbs, ring fingers, and pinkies all got 2 coats of KBShimmer For Fox Sake and a coat of Clearly on Top.
  • My index and middle fingers first were painted with a white creme.
  • Once they were dry, I cut out the decals that I wanted to use, soaked them in warm water for about 10 seconds, slid off the paper backing, and applied to the white nails.
  • Once they were smoothed down and I was happy with the position, I let them dry.
  • Acetone and a cleanup brush wiped away the excess from the sides and nail tips.
  • Once they were completely dry, a gentle coat of Clearly on Top was used to seal them in.
  • Beware, if they aren’t dry, the top coat will smear through them.

Super duper cute! While going through my blog feed I saw the photo before reading the title, thought I was going to have to punch you for your detailing again. But I will still send a crusty look in your general direction because these are so stinkin’ cute! xoxoxo
