Good morning, readers! I have 2 gorgeous polishes from Pomegranate Lacquer to show you today! Like the name states, it’s “fresh, juicy color!” Pomegranate Lacquers are 4 free, containing no toluene, formaldehyde, DBP, or camphor. They are also Cruelty Free(CF) and made in the USA. I’m new to this brand and was really happy with the colors and application. Both only needed 2 coats and had no application issues.
First up we have a Fall 2012 Collection color perfect for the season: Autumnesque. I chose to do a glitter gradient over Autumnesque with Shimmer Carmen because the glitter matched the shimmer in Autumnesque and I love how they turned out! On their site, Autumnesque is described as “a copper polish with golden shimmer that reflects russet leaves, apple cider, and all that is best about fall.” I completely agree! Shown with top coat.
Next up I have Blue Screen of Death. Such a great name! This is from the LCD Collection and I’m a sucker for blues so I had to choose this one! It’s described as “A bright blue jelly with turquoise shimmer.” I was excited that this was a blue jelly, and the added shimmer makes it appear opaque enough in only 2 coats! Lovely! I decided to just wear this on it’s own. It’s very vibrant! Shown with topcoat.
