Good morning, lovely readers, and Happy Monday! I’m not participating in the weekly nail challenge because I was too excited about this Sparkle-thon.
Today, I have Petunia Sparkle to show you. This may be my favorite of the set! Of course, I may change my mind along the way, but I love love love this color!! I painted these last night, and couldn’t stop staring at them when they were holding my book open before bed! It’s a bright fuchsia sparkle, very unique to any other glitter I have, and it’s now a favorite! Hailey even picked it for her toes last night!
This was 2 coats, topped with 2 coats of Gelous, and one top coat of Poshe. These must be what you call “hungry glitters” because one coat of Gelous doesn’t get them smooth enough for my liking. This glitter is very dense. I couldn’t see a pigmented base at all when applying, so it may be clear(or a barely pigmented fuchsia base) with TONS of this glitter to make it opaque. (Compared to yesterday’s Night Sparkle that had a very dark blue base and then glitter added to it). I guess I’ll see when I take this off if it’s left any staining, though.
On to the pictures!! These are pretty color accurate to my nails when I hold them up to the computer, but don’t shoot me if they are a little off. 🙂
