Good morning! I will be showing you the two newest Zoya Fall 2015 Collections this weekend. Today’s post is on the creme half: Focus. The Zoya Focus Collection features six strong, solid shades that anchor a look for fall as stand-alone shades. These applied very easily and were completely opaque in two coats. Let’s take a look at this fall collection below.
Zoya Sia
A true, royal blue creme.
I’m showing two coats below with top coat.
Zoya listed a warning on this shade being very pigmented in the press release so I took it seriously and applied two coats of base coat to be on the safe side. This was almost a one coater and I am happy to report no staining upon removal.
Zoya Janel
A deep red creme with a rich warm undertone.
I’m showing two coats below with top coat.
I showed you this shade previously as a base for my butterfly decals earlier this week and it is my favorite of the two reds against my skin tone.
Zoya Charli
A dusty taupe creme with a hint of green.
I’m showing two coats below with top coat. It was also very close to being a one coater! I really like this color and it’s perfect for fall.
Zoya Lidia
A rich eggplant creme with a blackened purple base and just a hint of red.
I’m showing two coats below with top coat.
This wasn’t as pigmented as I expected and I almost needed a third coat to cover lighter patches.
Zoya Hannah
A clear, classic red creme.
I’m showing two coats below with top coat.
There is very slight visible nail line showing with two coats.
Zoya Desiree
A classic sable brown creme with a grey undertone.
I’m showing two coats below with top coat.
What are your thoughts on this half of the new Zoyas for Fall? I am happy there are two reds included, I feel like red is something that needs variations in tone in order for everyone to love wearing it. Two different tones of red gives you the chance to determine your perfect red creme. I am also really happy with Charli and know I’ll be wearing it a lot this fall. Which are your favorites?
