Good morning, readers! I have the new Zoya Wishes Collection for Winter/Holiday 2014 today. There are 6 polishes, three of which are Magical Pixie Dusts. They all coordinate well together, and I can see a lot of nail art/accent nail possibilities! Let’s take a look!
Wishes really do come true with this magical new nail polish collection for Winter/Holiday 2014! Zoya Wishes is a densely pigmented assortment featuring both traditional and Magical PixieDust formulas in coordinating color combinations that can be worn alone or combined into stunning combinations, no matter how you wear them, this collection delivers a fanciful way to celebrate the season!
Zoya Haven
True holiday plum liquid metal with a thin vein of orchid for added brilliance.
I’m showing two coats below with no top coat.
This is my favorite from the collection! In the sun it’s almost glowing from within.
Zoya Thea
Deep amethyst Magical Pixie Dust with an orchid flash, packed full of party-ready holographic hex glitter.
I’m showing two coats below with no top coat.
I let it dry sufficiently between coats but the Pixies from this collection just do not dry down matte or super textured like we’ve seen in the past.
Zoya Prim
Velvet blue metallic, with a full coverage, high-density pigment and buttery smooth application.
I’m showing two coats with no top coat below.
There are some visible brush strokes and a bit of a metallic feel.
Zoya Nori
Sapphire blue Magical Pixie Dust with holographic hex glitter, perfect for any holiday festivity.
I’m showing two coats below with no top coat.
As I said above with Thea, these don’t dry down to super matte and textured as we’ve seen in the past.
Zoya Willa
Full coverage, onyx black creme.
I’m showing two coats below with no top coat.
Although it needs two coats, I love how shiny this is!
Zoya Imogen
Black crystal Magical Pixie Dust with holographic hex glitter, just add a LBD and you’re off!
I’m showing two coats below with no top coat.
Although this also did not dry down matte and super textured, it did have the most glitter payoff and therefore more texture once dry.
What do you think of the new Wishes Collection by Zoya? Which are your favorites? Mine is definitely Haven! I’ll admit that I’m bummed that the Magical Pixie Dusts don’t dry down to super matte and textured like the originals, these to me are more like jelly glitters that would need two coats of top coat to smooth out. I guess I’m a sucker for the original texture trend. Thanks so much for reading!

I love the black shades, but I have to admit despite seeing them instore, I gave them all a miss. They do look lovely on you, so I am regretting it now!
You've done a great, descriptive bit of writing here. I love the look of these Pixiedust, but I can't wear the rougher, more textured Pixies. I end up rubbing the skin off my fingertips messing with the rough texture. (Yeah, I'm more than a bit OCD). I may have to go back an get Imogene and Nori. I also love Willa but need another black polish like I need another teen-aged son. I'd love one if I had it but it's might really not be the best idea ever. Is there anything that makes Willa worth ordering? …except your beautiful swatches, of course.
Gorgeous collection!
Like you, Jacki, I like the "Haven", but I'd love to try them all. I don't know where I can get Zoya products in Australia, but I'm only new to nail art, so I suppose I'll find them somewhere. Thanks for sharing, and I love your blog.
