Good morning, readers! Is it warming up yet where you live? It’s been hot here in Florida already and this past weekend we got to swim in our pool for the first time this season so YAY! We love to swim and go out on our boat when the weather is warm so I decided to wear some bright and summery nail art using two of the new Brazil by OPI polishes!
- I started off with two coats of OPI I Just Can’t Cope-acabana and let it dry.
- Then, I used a makeup sponge and did a gradient with OPI Where Did Suzi’s Man-Go? at the tips. (I always use the same technique for gradients as shown in this tutorial by The Nailasaurus.)
- Once it was dry, I stamped some boating and summer inspired designs from Cheeky Summer 2012 Plates CH36 and CH37 using Pure Ice Silver Star. (This is my FAVORITE silver stamping polish)
- Lastly, I finished with one coat of Seche Vite to seal in the design.
What do you think of this design? I thought it was fun and funky and perfect for the warm weather! What do you like to do when the warm weather moves in? Thanks so much for reading!
